HR SPECIALIST
As HR Specialist you will join our Group HR team to develop workforce reporting and people analytics, and you will be one of two global key users for our new HR system SAP SuccessFactors. You will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and operation of the system. As we are getting ready to introduce further modules to our new HRIS, you will be a frontrunner in identifying data-driven insights around our people processes and will be given ample opportunity to develop and perfect our processes in collaboration with our various stakeholders.
Job requirements
Our ideal candidate has:
- Experience with HR systems, processes, reporting, and analytics
- Solid understanding of the impact of integrations in HR system administration
- Excellent interaction and teamwork skills
- Good level of Excel skills
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, with additional language skills seen as an advantage
- Good work ethic and a problem-solving approach
