Job description

Job

Are your HR studies nearing completion or have they just ended? Would you like to explore diverse HR tasks related to recruitment, employer branding, and developing an employer's image?

We are looking for a Junior HR Specialist to join Azets' HR team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with various HR tasks within a friendly and collaborative HR team. You will handle various recruitment tasks, such as posting job openings, processing job applications, and managing applicant communications. You will also contribute to building the employer's image, improving employee and applicant experiences, collaborating with educational institutions, organizing personnel events, and using HR systems. You will have the chance to hone your writing skills by creating employer-related content, such as career stories or blog posts. You will also be responsible for project-based tasks with training and mentoring support from your colleagues.

What we offer you

A diverse learning opportunity, on-the-job training, and support from your colleagues. Our HR team is a close-knit group that works together to help you succeed in this role. We welcome your ideas on how we can enhance Azets' employee and applicant experiences further!

The workplace is Azets' Helsinki office, and you may also have the option to work remotely part of the time. You will be provided with a laptop, a work phone, and, if desired, the necessary remote work equipment for your home.

The primary working language is Finnish, but fluent English is required due to our international work environment. Proficiency in Swedish is also advantageous when interacting with our personnel.

The internship is full-time and ongoing, with a starting date that can be arranged according to your preferences.
